One simple metric
What is an active attendee?
An active attendee is a unique email per event that records at least one of these activities during the month:
- Has paid registration
- Paid an order
- Submitted an abstract
- Received marketing message
Counted once per event & month
Repeated activity does not increase the count. One unique email is counted only once within the same event and month.
anna@example.com has paid registration→1 active attendee
peter@example.com has paid registration, submits an abstract, and orders accommodation within the calendar month→still 1 active attendee
The same email active in two different events is counted twice.
