Support for Confflow Mobile Apps

Confflow Events is an app for registered event attendees. Confflow Admin is an app for authorized event staff. If you need help, contact us at events@confflow.com.

When contacting support, please include

  • the email used for your registration or staff access,
  • the event name,
  • a short description of the issue,
  • the app version and device type, if available.

Sign-in

Use the email address connected to your event registration. After you enter your email, we send a one-time 6-digit PIN. For Confflow Admin, use the email address connected to your authorized organization or event staff access. If the email does not arrive, check spam, confirm the email address, or request a new PIN.

I cannot see my event

Events appear only when your registration is connected to the email address you entered. If you do not see an event, make sure you are using the same email address used during purchase or registration. If the issue continues, contact support or the event organizer.

Check-in QR code

In Confflow Events, the QR code is used to verify your registration when you arrive at the event. In Confflow Admin, authorized staff can scan attendee QR codes for event check-in. If a ticket, QR code, or scan result does not load, check your internet connection, refresh your event data, and reopen the app.

Program, abstracts, and venue information

Program items, Program Q&A, published abstracts, venue details, venue maps, sponsor logos, and organizer announcements are shown for events where the organizer has made them available. The app syncs event content for limited offline use, but PDF links and external links may still require an internet connection.

Program Q&A

If the event organizer enables Q&A for a program item, registered attendees may be able to submit questions from the Program section. Depending on the organizer's settings, questions may be reviewed before they are shown and may appear in organizer tools or on public projector Q&A pages for the session.

Notifications and announcements

Confflow Events can show organizer announcements in the Networking section when they are available for your event. Push notifications may be used for chat requests, new messages, and organizer announcements. You can manage or disable notifications in your device settings.

Local reminders

You can save local reminders for selected program items. These reminders are scheduled on your device and do not use an Expo push token. If reminders do not appear, check that notifications are allowed for Confflow Events in your device settings.

Messaging safety

If attendee messaging is enabled for your event, you can report an offensive message from the conversation and report or block an attendee from the attendee profile shown in the conversation. You can also send abuse or safety concerns to events@confflow.com.
